1. Calcium Chloride Di hydrate Food Grade (CaCl₂·2H₂O)
Application: Enhances bone health, improves The taste in drinking water , and acts as a
firming agent in preserved fruits and vegetables.Used in cheese production,dairy unit and
packaged drinking water mineral water plant and RO water treatment plant.
2. Magnesium Sulphate Heptahydrate Food Grade (MgSO₄·7H₂O):
1.Purpose: Supports muscle function, heart health, and adds a slight sweetness in water.
2.Applications: Packaged Drinking Water treatment, food processing, and as a nutrient
supplement and Mineral water plant.
3.Properties: White crystalline colourless powder, Completely soluble in water, purity ≥

3. Potassium Bicarbonate Food Grade (KHCO₃):
1.Purpose: Maintains electrolyte balance, regulates the pH and stabilizes the water
quality.
2.Applications: Packaged drinking water (Mineral water plant ) baking (as a leavening
agent) and food & beverages unit
3.Properties: White granular powder, highly soluble in water pH 8.2–8.6, purity ≥ 99.9%.
4.Sodium Bicarbonate Food Grade (NaHCO₃):
1.Purpose: used as leavening agent, buffer, and carbonation source; increases alkalinity in water.
2.Applications: Baking (e.g., biscuits, cakes),food and beverages, and electrolyte solutions.
